Never use abrasive detergents or solvents.
Do not dry the fabric cover within a dryer,
let it dry without squeezing it. The fabric
cover must only be replaced with another
cover approved by the manufacturer, since
it is an integral part of the child car seat and,
therefore, one of its safety elements.
WARNING! To ensure the safety of the child
car seat, never use it without its fabric cover.
Now remove the cover following the in-
structions below:
1. press the restrain harnesses adjustment
button and, at the same time, hold the
two harnesses of the child car seat, locat-
ed under the shoulder straps, and pull in
your direction to loosen them (fig. 26);
2. unfasten the restraint harness, pressing
the red button on the buckle (fig. 27);
3. remove the cover starting from the reclin-
ing lever, completely removing the back
cover (fig. 28);
4. release the press-studs in the centre of
the backrest (fig. 29);
5. slide the buckle out (fig. 30);
6. then untie the belts from the rear tubes
(fig. 31);
7. at this point the cover can be completely
removed;
8. to remove the headrest cover, extract the
pocket from the plastic reinforcement
(fig. 32) and then remove the fabric cover
(fig. 33);
9. The fabric cover of the rotation lock bar
can also be removed for cleaning by act-
ing on the zipper (fig. 34).
To replace the fabric cover, perform the
above operation in the reverse order from
9 to 1.
How to clean the plastic or metal parts
Clean the plastic and coated metal parts
with a damp cloth only. Never use abrasive
detergents or solvents.
The moving parts of the child car seat must
not be lubricated.
CHECKING THE CONDITION OF THE
COMPONENTS
It is recommended to regularly check the
condition of the following components to
make sure they are not damaged or worn:
• fabric cover: check that the padding does
not come out from the seams. Check the
condition of the seams: they must always
be intact and undamaged.
• harness straps: check that the fabric weft
is not frayed or the harness strap worn out
in the parts corresponding to the adjust-
ment strap, crotch, shoulders and harness
adjustment plate.
• plastic parts: check that the plastic parts
are not worn out, damaged or faded.
WARNING! If the child car seat is damaged,
deformed or worn out, it must be replaced,
as its original safety features may have been
compromised.

STORING THE PRODUCT

When it is not fitted in the car, it is recom-
mended to store the child car seat in a dry
place, away from sources of heat and to
protect it from dust, humidity and direct
sunlight.
11. WARNINGS ELECTRICAL PARTS
• To replace the battery: loosen the screw
located on the foot of the support leg,
open the cover, remove the drained bat-
tery from the compartment, insert the
new battery, making sure that correct
battery polarity is observed, refit the cover
and tighten the screw fully (fig. 35).
• Batteries must only be fitted by an adult.
• Use a 3V, CR 2032 battery similar to the
type recommended for operation of this
product.
• Always keep batteries and tools out of the
reach of children.
• Always remove spent batteries from the
toy to avoid the danger of leakage from
the battery damaging the product.
