1.3 - EC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

The machine was designed and manufactured according to community legislation in terms of safety and
is subject to a risk evaluation according to standard UNI EN ISO 12100: 2010; in particular, the machine
conforms to directive 2006/42/EC.
This manual contains the "EC declaration of conformity" to the above mentioned directives and all
instructions necessary for plant users and manufacturers to be able to use the product safely; for this reason
the manual must always be kept in proximity of the motorised swivel joint. The following page includes an
example of an EC declaration of conformity. This declaration only applies to the machine in the condition
it was when it was placed on the market, excluding any additional components and/or operations that
may have been subsequently carried out by the final user. The EC declaration of conformity contains the
elements described in annex II, part 1, section A of directive 2006/42/EC.
