10. Description of the
compressor's status
Once you press the stop/start
button, the compressor starts
running and the operating light
indicator lights up. The compressor
will run for 15 minutes.
If you press the stop/start button a
second time, the compressor stops
and the light indicator goes out.
If the batteries are flat, the com-
pressor stops and the light indicator
flashes for 2 minutes, indicating that
the batteries need to be changed.
If possible, choose to run the
device using the USB cable
rather than batteries.
ADMINISTERING THE DRUG
1. Hold the nebulisation kit
as shown on the right.
Do not tilt the nebulisation
kit at an angle of more than 45° in
any direction. The drug may run
into your mouth or nebulisation
might not be effective.
2. Turn the mains switch to the
ON position (I). The compressor
switches on and nebulisation starts.
To stop nebulisation
Turn the mains switch to
the OFF position (I).
Do not cover the compressor
with any cover or towel
etc. when it is in use.
Do not block the air filter cover.
3. Inhale the drug as instructed by
your doctor and/or your therapist.
a) Using the adult's/child's mask
Attach the mask so that it covers

your nose and mouth and inhale the
drug. Breathe out through the mask.
b) Using the mouth piece
Insert the mouth piece into
your mouth and inhale the
drug by breathing normally.
Breathe out normally
through the mouth piece.

4. Switch off the device at the end of
treatment. Check that there is no
condensation or moisture in the
air tube and remove the batteries
or disconnect the USB cable and
the 1A minimum adapter (not
supplied) that has been used.
Some condensation may form
in the air tube. Do not put the air
tube away if the there is any con-
densation or moisture left inside
it. It might be infected by bacteria.
If there is moisture or liquid

still left in the air tube, remove
the moisture as follows.
a) Check that the air tube is still
connected to the air intake
duct on the compressor.
b) Check that the compressor is
connected to the appropriate
USB cable or that the batteries
OK
are inserted correctly in
their compartment.
c) Disconnect the air tube from
the nebulisation kit.
d) Start the compressor and
pump the air through the air
tube to expel the moisture.
DAILY CLEANING AND DISINFECTING ROUTINE
A. CLEANING
If you follow the cleaning instructions after each use, you will prevent the drug left behind
in the reservoir from drying, thus allowing the device to nebulise efficiently as well as
preventing any contamination.
Rinse the nebulisation kit, children's accessory, mask or mouth piece thoroughly
with hot tap water each time it is used and disinfect it after the last treatment of the day.

Disconnect the USB cable from the compressor's connec-

tor and/or take the batteries out of their compartment.

Disconnect the nebulisation kit from the air tube and dismantle it.

Dispose of any of the drug left behind in the drug reservoir.

Wash all the nebulisation components with hot water and
mild detergent and rinse with hot tap water.

Having cleaned and disinfected the components, rinse them thor-
oughly in clean water and allow to dry in the air in a clean place.
