Weekly cleaning
Thoroughly clean the external parts of the oven with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
Do not use abrasive sponges.

Monthly cleaning
Lubricate the pins and door spring with a non-toxic grease spray.
To access the spring, open the left side panel.

Annual cleaning
1.
Clean the inside of the cooking chamber with a vacuum cleaner;
2.
Clean all the ventilation outlets on the front, side and back of the oven;
3.
Remove the right side panel and thoroughly vacuum the inside of the control compartment with a vacuum
cleaner, taking care not to damage the components and electrical wiring.
Unplanned maintenance to be performed by specialised technicians
For any work that is not the responsibility of the user, a specialised technician must be called out.
Contact your local dealer and/or service representative.
Before carrying out any maintenance work, disconnect the power supply and follow the "Safety precautions".
Replacing the lamps
•
Never replace the lamp when the oven is hot;
•
Wait for the oven to cool down.
•
Do not touch the lamp with your hands; always use gloves, a piece of paper or a cloth in order to avoid
damaging it and consequently reducing the lamp's service life;
Replace the lamp as follows:
1. Remove the lamp glass;
2. Lift up the lamp to remove it;
3. Insert the lamp gently, whilst taking care not to bend
the contacts;
4. Reposition the lamp glass.
Replacing the top's temperature probe
1. Remove the right side panel;
2. Disconnect the probe from the power board inside the
electrical system compartment (see the wiring diagram);
3. Unscrew the probe fixing screw, located inside the
chamber;
4. Pull the probe out of the chamber;
5. Replace the probe by inserting the new one inside the
chamber;
6. Carry out the procedure in reverse order, taking care to
correctly connect the probe polarities (see the wiring
diagram).
