Operate the emergency stop button by hand to
check it works
The hydraulic hoses should be checked for
damage.
According to DIN 20 066, when evaluating the
functional performance of a hose line, the age of
the hose, time in service and time in storage,
may not be more than six years. The hose lines
should therefore be swapped every six years.
Clean the tool, check and lubricate it
Regularly check the hydraulic system for leaks
and repair as required. Leaks can only be
detected and located
when the machine is regularly cleaned.
Remove cover
Visually check the dipstick.
Replace defective cables or plugs.
Use a brush to clean the tool stem, take care
not to damage the transponder's antenna
Clean the machine with a brush and cloth.
General functional test, oil level check
