EOMAT PRO
1.3 Hazards and their prevention
Safety, while using the machine, requires a combination of the machine, controls, tools,
protective equipment and safety-oriented user behaviour. The majority of accidents
involving machines are injuries caused by tools closing. This involves, in the main,
injuries to hands and fingers. The risk of injury also exists for persons other than the
machine's operator.
1.4 Proper and Intended Usage
The EOMAT PRO is designed to pre-assemble EO progressive ring and EO-2 pipe fittings
to pipe ends and ISO 8434-1 cutting ring pipe fittings. For the joining process, only pipes of
the sizes:

should be used. Pipe materials and pipe qualities should only be used if they meet the
requirements listed in the Parker TFDE catalogue 4100 - "Pipe Specification" chapter.
The intended use of the EOMAT PRO requires that it is used in the context of the ways
specified in the technical specifications and only when it is in perfect operating condition.
All other uses may be dangerous and prevent any further services. The manufacturer is
not liable for damages or injuries that result from improper use.
1.5 Tools intended for use
Assembly using the EOMAT PRO should only be done with EO tools specifically designed
for this purpose. These tools should be regularly checked. Tools which show clear signs of
wear should be replaced by the machine operator. The operator is required only to use
tools which are produced according to our specifications, especially regarding
