Check before the initial start-up

Before the initial start of the machine and before its first use in production, you
must do the following:
Check the machine's oil level. If necessary, fill with hydraulic oil (see section
14.3.2: Maintenance). The hydraulic oil which you use should always be clean and
filtered.
Remove the filler
plug and top-up
the oil, if required,
to the mark on the
dipstick.
Oil content: 4 litre
Check that all connections (electrical connections) are firmly and securely plugged
in.
In the case of a malfunction, the machine should be stopped using the emergency
stop switch and turned off at the main On/Off switch. Then the mains plug should
be removed.
