After Operation Safety

General Safety
•
Shut off the engine and wait for all moving parts
to stop before leaving the operating position.
Disconnect the spark-plug wire (and keep it away
from the plug to prevent accidental starting) and
allow the machine to cool before unclogging, fueling, inspecting, adjusting, servicing, cleaning,
or storing it.
•
Clean debris from the machine to help prevent
fires. Clean up oil or fuel spills.
•
Follow the instructions in this Operator's Manual
for safe loading, unloading, transport, and storage
of the machine.
Hauling Safety
•
Disconnect the spark-plug wire before loading the
machine for hauling.
•
Use care when loading or unloading the machine.
