4 - STARTING-UP

1. Before any connection check that the
controller is set properly according to the

tool that will be connected (see #12 on back
panel).

2. Connect the controller to the main supply and
connect the tool to the controller. Turn on the

power switch (15) on the back of the unit.
3. Check that the key lock setting (2) is set to

. If not change it.
4. Press the "Select" button (10) for 5 sec

until the display show "SL" then a flashing
number.

5. Press "Arrow up" button (7) or "Arrow down"
button (8) to change value.
6. Press "Select" button (10) to move to the

next parameters. Each time the name of the
parameter is displayed when the "Select"
button (10) is pressed.
7. When adjusting the value, press the "Power
/ Clear" button (11) to adjust decimals
(available for Lt and Ll).

5 - PROGRAMMING OPTIONS

5.1 - Program list (SL)

Set from 1 to 5.
If switch 6 is on then the controller will create a
sequence of the program in the ascendant order
(1 => 2 => 3 => 4 => 5).
If you need less than 5 programs in the sequence
then set the number of screw of the first unused
program to zero.
In this case it will stop that sequence and loop it
back to 1.

5.2 - Batch count (SC)

Batch count can be set from 1 to 99.
Depending on the position of switch 1 the
counting is increasing or decreasing.
The validation of the batch can be set to manual
or automatic with switch 3.
If set to manual the operator must press the
"Select" button (10) at the end of each batch to
validate it and start a new one.
Press the "Power / Clear" button (11) to reset the
counting if needed (disable if the key lock setting
is "On").

5.3 - Automatic signal reset (At)

Duration of both the output signal and sound for
the "OK ALL" event.
● From 0.0 to 9.9 sec.
