NOTE

2.1 Panic function B

Approved for escape route doors acc. EN 179 and panic doors acc.
EN 1125.
Inwards opening panic function approved only for single leaf EN 179
application and requires and individual approval from local authorities.
Fittings:
In escape route direction:
Outside fitting:
Function inside:
Door can be opened in escape route direction at any time.
Function outside:
Basic status: outside handle coupled
Access possible from both sides.
Status outside handle: outside handle in neutral status
Outside handle in neutral status, follower is uncoupled. Door can only be
opened by using an authorised key. Insert authorised key and turn right to
the end into opening direction. Press handle and open the door. Next, turn
the key in locking direction until deadbolt is projected. Then unlock the door
by turning the key in opening direction until deadbolt is flush with forend.
Remove key. Outside handle is now in neutral status.
