Power supply is lacking.
Make sure that the power supply is connected correctly.
Cable(s) connected incorrectly or not at all.
Make sure that all cables are correctly connected.
The power supply unit does not provide current.
Make sure that the power supply unit functions correctly.
Replace the micro-fuse if necessary.
