7. Locate the Side Panel or Strike Jamb
NOTE: Installation instructions differ according to whether or not a side panel is part of the installation. If
a side panel is not being installed, follow the strike jamb installation steps.
Installation With a Side Panel
Slide the side panel into the expander jamb with the magnet side of the panel toward the center of
the opening and facing the outside (dry side) of the shower.
Make sure the tab on the bottom of the panel is inserted in the groove on the threshold.
NOTE: Do not secure the panel at this point.
Installation With a Strike Jamb (No Side Panel)
Slide the strike jamb into the expander jamb with the magnet side of the strike jamb toward the
center of the opening and facing the outside (dry side) of the shower. The strike jamb should sit flat
on the threshold.
NOTE: Do not secure the strike jamb at this point.
