HOW TO PREPARE
MAYONNAISE
Ingredients:
- 200-250 ml olive oil
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt to taste.
Place a whole egg in the measuring cup
with salt, lemon juice
and a little oil. Insert the hand blender
into the measuring cup until your reach
the base. Press button 1.
Then slowly pour in the rest of the oil.
Continue blending quickly until
the mayonnaise takes on a uniform
appearance.
COOKIES WITH SPELLED
FLOUR AND APPLES
Ingredients:
- 150gr of spelled flour
- 3 rennet apples
- 80 gr maltose
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- cinnamon
Blend the apples, peeled and cored, add
maltose and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the
spelled flour and yeast and mix until it
forms a homogeneous mixture.
The dough will be soft, to form the
biscuits.
Bake for 40 minutes at 165° C
