IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

The use of electrical appliances always requires compliance with general safety precautions
in order to reduce the risk of electric shock and/or injury to persons.
A list of such precautions follows:
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.

Before using the immersion blender read and follow the instructions in the user manual.

Save the instructions and refer to them for as long as the product is used.
After having removed the appliance from its packaging, dispose of the plastic bags

CLEANING OPERATIONS.
Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.

mincer, the power cable or the plug in water or other liquids.
Always remove the plug from the socket when the appliance is left unattended, when

assembling parts/accessories, immediately after use, before any cleaning or maintenance
operations, or in the event of a malfunction.
To avoid splattering, especially when blending hot ingredients, use a tall container and

only process in small quantities.
Never fill the cup with hot ingredients. Let the ingredients cool

Only use the product for its intended purpose. Alessi declines any responsibility for

damage caused by improper use.
