The set cut-in pressure is decisive, i.e. if, for example, you have set a cut-out
pressure of 3.5 bar and increase the cut-in pressure to 2.5 bar, the cut-out pres-
sure automatically adjusts to 4 bar.

Protection in case of small leaks
The device has an appliance to notice a little permanent water loss, for example
leaking lines or connectors and shut down the pump. If the automatic booster set
switches in/off in short times again and again, it recognizes a leakage. The pump
switch to Error (red LED "Fehler" (Error) lights up) and the blue pressure light
runs permanent from the top to the bottom. In this case, you should check all
connections and lines. Also check the check valves, if they are dirty. After solve
the problem, press the "ON / Neustart" button to start the pump again.
Please note, that this protection can only note little leakage. It doesn´t
switch off, if there is for example a water pipe is broken. A big leakage
won´t be detected, because the pump indicates a normal use.
To prevent possible
breakdowns, it is
advisable to regu-
larly check the
pressure generated
and the energy
consumption. The
pre-pressure (air
pressure) in the
tank should also be
checked regularly - at least every 6 months. To
do this, disconnect or switch off the pump from
the mains supply and open a consumer in the
pressure line - e.g. a water tap - so the hydraulic
system is no longer under pressure. On the back
of the tank you will find the sticker shown above. Below this sticker is the valve
for air pressure regulation. Unscrew the protective cap of the tank valve (12).
