7.1 Maintenance

All of the projection screens are essentially maintenance-free. With
electrical projection screens however, we recommend checking the wiring
and the electrical connections at least once a year for ruptured cables and
any exposed cable insulation.
Warning! If you discover ruptured cables or any other defects, you should
first discontinue the use of the product immediately and contact your
supplier to arrange to have the damage repaired. Use only original parts for
any repairs. Original parts may be ordered from your supplier.
Flexible projection screen surfaces
In case you have a flexible (vinyl) projection surface in your projection screen,
we advise to unroll or unfold the projection materials on a regular basis. If the
temperature is above 22 degrees Celsius please do so at least once every two
months. If the temperature is above 30 degrees Celsius this should be at least one
every month.
When Who Instruction
1x a year Certified Visually inspect all cabling and wires for ruptures or
electrician any other defects.
When the connection cable is damaged, the entire
cable must be replaced by a new cable or motor
unit. These components are available from the
installer or manufacturer.
1x a year User Check if all screws are in place and tight. Visually
inspect the mounting brackets and wall or ceiling
fixtures for any damage.
1x a year User Check all cords and steel cables for fraying, wearing
or any other damage.
When User Replace empty battery by a new battery type:

When User Use a damp cloth and a soap-based cleaning
needed product.
When User Projecta offers a safe solution for cleaning stains:
needed BrightSight. Simply spray a small amount of
BrightSight on to the screen surface and wipe
horizontally with a clean cloth.
