8. Water Supply
Connect water input (B) to the mains water
supply with the appropriate hose (19).
The water delivery rate must be at least
22 litres per minute.
The water temperature must be below 30 °C.
9. Electrical Connections
i
Important!
Switch-on processes generate brief voltage
reductions. If power supply conditions are
unsatisfactory, other units may be impaired.
If there is a power supply impedance of less
than 0.15 ohm at the connection point, there
should be no faults.
The electrical installation should only be
carried out by a qualified specialist. The
details given in the section "Technical
Specifications" should be taken into
consideration.
All components, cables and devices that
carry electrical current, and are within the
immediate vicinity of where work takes
place, must be in perfect condition and
splash-proof.
A lockable master switch with which the
stationary high-pressure cleaner can be
switched off must be mounted in a safe
and easily accessible location.
10. Initial Start-up
Before using the system for the first time, cut
off the tip of the cover on the water pump oil
container.
11. Action To be Taken Before Start-up
Fill the fuel tank with light heating oil or
diesel.

Caution!
Hot water mode without fuel will damage
the fuel pump. Before using hot water mode,
ensure that the fuel supply is functioning.
Connect high-pressure hose (14) to the
handgun and spray lance, and then to the
unit high-pressure output.
Secure the nozzle tip (b) to the spray lance
(d), ensuring that the sealing ring (c) is
properly seated in the groove.
12. Protection Against Calcification
Release spring (c) on the cover support (b)
for the liquid softener container (a).
Fill the container with KÄRCHER Liquid
Softener RM 110 (Order No. 2.780-001).
!
Danger!
Hazardous voltage. Adjustment may be made
by an electrician only.
