6.6 Economy Mode Setup
ECONOMY MODE is a UPS setting that enables enhanced efficiency and reduced BTU output by suspending double-conversion
circuits whenever input power is already of sufficient quality to run connected equipment. If enabled, the UPS will run in
economy mode when the voltage is within ±10% of nominal. If the voltage goes beyond the ±10% range, the UPS returns to
on-line mode.
Note: Economy Mode is off by default.
6.7 Alarm Setup
The ALARM screen gives the user the ability to permanently enable or disable the UPS system's audible alarm in case of
an alarm event. The factory default of ON is ideal for most applications. Certain applications may require the alarm to be
disabled, in which case the OFF option may be selected.
