Steam is produced but not in sufficient quan-
tity. Add steam time. Check that the draft shuts
off correctly. The bread may be very dry when
placed in the oven.
The water supplied contains lime or other in-
solubles and the water inlet pipe has become
blocked. Take it down and unblock.
Check that the steam relay runs when steam is
required. Replace as necessary.
230V of power must reach the water electrov-
alve. It is possible that no water passes.
In the case of models with electronic control
panel:
• The steam output in the control panel may be
damaged. Replace the panel.
• If the door sensor or its corresponding relay is
damaged, it is also possible that oven will not
steam.
• The product does not bake evenly.
The dough pieces are not distributed correctly.
The pieces must be equally distributed over the
tray surface.
All pieces placed on a tray should be of equal
size and weight.
The pieces do not all have the same tempera-
ture before being placed in the oven.
The product is too high and does not allow
proper circulation of the air between it and the
tray immediately above it.
The baking sheet blocks the flow of air, resulting
in dark areas in the appearance of the finished
product.
The side grilles may be dirty. Clean them.
Having clean glass allows a perfect view of the
pieces during baking, meaning it is not neces-
sary to open the door except to put the pieces
in and take them out,
When putting the pieces in and taking them out,
keep the support tray stand close to the oven
in order to guarantee quick loading and unload-
ing whilst minimising losses of heat through the
oven door.
• The product bakes very slowly.
Insufficient baking or heating temperature.

The control panel temperature reading does not
correspond to another reading registered in a
different reading device.
