Check that the voltage and frequency of the premises and the
unit are the same.
Connect the oven to the electric mains.
Connect the oven to the water. The water must not exceed the
maximum allowable pressure, otherwise there is a risk of dam-
age to the oven or its components.
Check the operation of the control panel, turbine motor and
draft. Check that the elements work and the amperage is
correct. The operation of the steam solenoid-valve must be
checked. Open and close the door and check that the turbine
stops.
Check that the voltage and frequency of the premises and the
device are the same.
Connect the oven to the electrical circuit.
Check the correct operation of the thermostat and the electric
element.
Connect the steam condenser to the oven using the cable
supplied along with the condenser. See wiring diagram.
Connect the condenser to the water. The water must not ex-
ceed the maximum allowable pressure, otherwise there is a
risk of overflowing from this unit. Maximum pressure 0,5 bar.
Also connect the condenser to a drainage system.
Lower the thermostat setting to 0ºC; at this moment water will
enter the oven's condenser's tank. Complete the filling until the
lower tank wastewater run-off line is reached.
Once full, set the thermostat at 50ºC. The water will stop enter-
ing the unit.
Check the correct operation of the steam extraction fan, ther-
mostat and solenoid.
Mount the connection kit between the condenser and the
oven(s). Connect to the drainage system on the premises.
