The thermocouple is located inside the stainless steel pipe
next to the water input. The thermocouple is changed from the
back of the oven.
Remove the old thermocouple and insert the new one, allowing
the tip to protrude at the end of the pipe.
The thermocouple is attached with a little high-temperature
silicone.
The downward shaft notch indicates the butterfly valve's shut-
off position.
The draft is accessed by removing the side and the back.
Remove the bottom two screws that secure the draft base to
the sole plate in order to change the electric draft.
Release the rod that joins the actuator to the damper.
