4.2. Chimney

The building's steam relief ducts should be installed by autho-
rised professionals, in line with the rules in force in the country
where the oven is installed.
Fundamental aspects::
1. The chimney should preferable be insulated along its
length and not in contact with combustible materials
(such as wooden beams or ceilings).
2. Sections should not be horizontal, but should instead
have a slope of at least 10º without bends or elbows of
radius less than twice the tube diameter.
3. The chimney should incorporate a system for preventing
backflow of condensates..
4. The steam outlet pipe from the oven should be coupled
to this chimney.
The dimensions for connection to the chimney are shown in
the following table:
