IMPORTANT:
Disconnect the oven from the mains before
carrying out any maintenance work.
•
The oven does not start up:
If current does not reach the oven, check the
fuses or the magnetothermic switch for the sup-
ply of power to the oven.
Check that the voltage between phases and/or
between phases and neutral is correct.
If it is observed that the differential automatic cir-
cuit breaker is triggered, check for the presence
of a short-circuit in the oven.
In the case of models with electronic control
panel:
•
Check that voltage reaches the step-down
transformer. The oven's internal magnetother-
mic switches may have tripped out.
•
Check 24V is the current output from the con-
trol transformer.
•
If the oven still fails to work, there may be a fai-
lure in the control panel or the connectors which
carry the current.
•
The control panel comes on but the oven does
not start up
The door's magnetic sensor or its relay does not
work correctly. Use another magnet to check
that the door magnet is present. If necessary,
adjust the distance from the door magnet to the
magnetic sensor.
In the case of models with electronic control
panel:
•
The control panel fuse has blown and there is
no output. Check that there is no short-circuit
and replace the fuse.
•
The oven does not produce steam
Check that the oven is connected to the water.
Check that the water pressure is correct.
In the case of models with electronic control
panel:
•
If the oven has not reached the required tempe-
rature, the panel will not provide water for steam
production.
•
Check that there is steam in the selected pro-
gramme.
