4.1. Water supply

It is very important that the oven is supplied with demineralised
water.
The water input pressure must be less than 0.5 bar. A
pressure regulator should be used to ensure this wa-
ter input pressure during water injection. Working with
higher water pressures may lead to premature damage
to the fans and motors.

1- Water input
The water will be supplied through the 1m flexible washing
machine hose, fitted with a female 3/4" adapter, supplied with
the oven.
NOTE: In the event of hard water, install a softener between
the grid and the oven's water input. (Not supplied with the
oven).
