4.3. Electrical connection

The oven is supplied without a plug. The customer shall be responsible
for supplying a plug.
The oven must be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician.
Making a 400 V three-phase connection requires three phases + neutral +
earth; for 230 V three-phase, it would be three phases + earth; and if for
230 V single phase, it would be two phases + earth.
It is important that the installation side has a C curve magnetothemic
switch of suitable amperage, in accordance with the consumption of the
oven and the installation cables of the premises. A 0.3A leakage current
differential circuit breaker is also required.
The cable section must be suitable for the power of the oven, in accord-
ance with local regulations.
The values for the magnetothermal switches, cable cross-section and
plug are shown in the table below.
