Banana shake
- 250g banana
- 500ml milk
- 5 ice cubes
- sugar or vanilla sugar to taste
1 Put all ingredients in the bowl and blend approx. 30 seconds until
the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
kiwi-strawberry smoothie
- 200g kiwis
- 100g frozen banana
- 100g frozen strawberries
- 150ml pineapple juice
1 Cut the banana into 2cm-slices and put them in the freezer for 1
day together with the strawberries. The banana and the
strawberries should be used right from the freezer.
2 Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces.
