Type tests

With the TM 564 can perform the following tests:
• High Pressure;
• Low Pressure;
High pressure: verification of high pressure for common rail system.
Important: the high pressure check of Common Rail system is only
possible with the use of Rasther III and the accessory TM 540/1 Rai, sold
separately.
Low Pressure: checking the pre-feeder tank pump and transfer pressure (gear
pump).

Example Tests

Verification of high pressure
Equipment needed:
• Rasther III with TM 540/1 Rai (not included);
• Cable of the pressure sensor;
• Manifold with registration and safety valve;
• Tubes for connection between the manifold and the fuel system of the vehicle.
Obs .: When using a tube, check the tube specification relative to the size of
the pump connection. (M12 or M14).
