do not open the body,

Alarms and messages
If an alarm is activated, a message is shown on the display alternating with the
temperature; an audio signal may also be heard.
All alarms are reset automatically (this is why messages disappear when the cause of
the alarm disappears; only "CHt" must be reset manually by turning the device off and
then on again by

will turn the audio signal off, while the code and message will disappear
