The technical data of the tool refer to an operation at a pressure of 6.3 bar.
- Always be careful when using a ratchet wrench. When used carelessly the inside parts or the
housing may get damaged which in turn will restrict the performance.
- To operate the tool, push the operating lever.
- To stop the tool, remove pressure from lever.
- Please note that the tool does not stop immediately when releasing the operating handle.
- Switch off the compressor once work is finished and store according to compressor operating
instructions.
- Only use dry, clean air with approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar maximum pressure. Dust, inflammable
vapours and too much humidity can destroy the motor of a pneumatic tool.
- Remove worn labels or stickers and replace them.

3. Maintenance and repair

- Lubrication:
Compressed air tools have to be lubricated during their entire service life. The motor and the
bearings require compressed air to operate the tool. The motor has to be lubricated daily as
humidity in the compressed air causes the engine to rust. We recommend the use of an
integrated lubricant.
- Manual lubrication of the pneumatic motor:
Disconnect tool from air supply and hold the air inlet upwards. Adhere to safety instructions.
Insert one to two drops of special compressed air oil into the air inlet. Connect tool to the
compressed air supply, cover air outlet on the tool with a towel and let it run for a few seconds.
Never use flammable or easy evaporated liquids such as kerosene, diesel or petrol.
Attention!
Excess oil in the motor is immediately ejected through the air outlet.
Warning!
Never point the outlet opening on people or objects. The air outlet is always at the back of
the handle.
- Maintenance
Always remove the device from the compressed air supply before starting any maintenance.
Adhere to safety instructions. If the device is used on a daily basis, maintenance has to be
carried out once per quarter or, the very least, after 1000 operating hours. Damaged or worn
components such as O-rings, bearings and swivel blades have to be replaced and all moveable
parts have to be lubricated. Only use spare parts recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise
the guarantee expires. Please make sure that you adhere to relevant environmental guidelines
when disposing of parts, lubricants etc. We recommend the use of benzine when cleaning the
tool or its components. Never clean with solvents or acids, ester (organic compound of acid and
alcohol), acetone (ketone), chlorinated hydrocarbon or oils containing nitro-carbonate. Do not
use any chemicals which have a low flashpoint.
4. Faults
If faults occur, please check:
- Compression system and compressed-air-supply air consumption l/min and hose cross
section according to the technical data of the device.
- Check operating air for dust and rust particles such as condensate
- Over-lubrication of the air motor
