Do not aim the tool at people.
Children and other persons have to stay away from the work space when operating the tool.
- Do not let devices with attached wrench insert /screw driver bits run idle.
Inserts can loosen or break off and be thrown around and hit the operator or other persons
which are in the work space.
- Only change tool inserts when the air hose has been disconnected.
Always disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply when you want to oil it or exchange
the wrench inserts.
- Compressed air tools may not get in contact with power supplies.
- Mind operating pressure.
Exceeding the permissible operating pressure damages the compressed air tool. The tool and
accessories may cause damage and lead to severe injuries.
- Check hose connection for tight fit. Do not use damaged pressure hoses.
Pressure hoses which get thrown around can cause severe injuries.
- Never use quick couplings directly on the device. The quick coupling has to be separated from
the device by at least 20 cm air hose.
- Only disconnect compressed air tools when they are de-pressurised.
Pressure hoses which get thrown around can cause severe injuries.
- Only use clean, dry air.
Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or other gases which are filled into bottles to operate
compressed air tools.
- Only use spare parts, fittings and accessories as recommended by the manufacturer.
- Never carry the tool holding the pressure hose.
- Never carry the connected tool with the finger on the release button.
- Avoid unintended use.
- Always keep handles clean, dry, oil and grease free.

- Drain compressor tank and remove condensate from the air hoses. Also thoroughly read the
operating instructions for the compressor.
Important:
The use of air filters and a compressed air hose lubricator is recommended.
Attention!
Disconnect compressed air before lubricating, connecting or disconnecting the tool.
- Lubricate tool, see maintenance section of these operating instructions.
- Remove dust cap at the compressed air inlet.
- Connect the tool to a hose suitable in size.
- Using a quick coupling will make connection easier.
2. Start-up
- Switch the compressor on to allow the air tank to fill up.
- Set the compressor control to approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar. The maximum operating pressure of
this tool is at approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar.
- The turning power can vary depending on the size of the air compressor and the volume of the
compressed air ejection.
- Please do not use damaged, worn or cheap air hoses or connection pieces.
- The pressure controls used to achieve the right tool speed are managed via the compressor
control or via a pressure control which has to be fitted separately.
