Logic funcionality Emergency
Art. 449.00 Kit is able to manage a dual-channel emergen- cy signal, from the automated system control,
in compliance with the international standard EN 954-1, category 3. As emergency input is considered the
EMER1 and EMER2 pair signals; when one or both of the two signals are absent at the CN4 connector
inputs, the power source stops with indication "CNC Emergency" (Err 90) on the control panel
The possible causes of this message are basically 2:
1. voluntary stop by the operator, by means of the auto- matic emergency stop switch;
2. unintentional interruption of one of the two wirings that make up the emergency circuit.
To reset the power source from the "Err 90" condition it is necessary that both EMER1 and EMER2
signals are simultaneously absent (contacts opened) before they are restored (contacts closed).
In this way the Emer_state signal is removed and the power source rehabilitated to the operation.
