Installation Procedure - Cebora 449.00 Manual Instrucciones

APPLICATION
The Kit is matched to the WIN TIG and KINGSTAR MIG family "robot" version Power Supply and
allows to manage the welding emergency stop in compliance with the international standard EN954-1,
category 3 and arc voltage reading (only WIN TIG family "robot" version) on connector CN4 on the
power source rear panel.
COMPATIBILITY
The Kit, art. 449.00 actually is supported from following Power Sources:
WIN TIG
- art. 394.80;
- art. 395.80;
- art. 396.80;
- art. 380.80;
- art. 381.80.
KINGSTAR MIG
- art. 372.80;
- art. 374.80.
INSTALLATION
The following indications make reference to the "Installation pictures" collected in the appropriate
paragraph at the end of the present manual (par. 8).
For eventual more information consult the power source Instructions Manual.
WARNING!
The operations of installation brought back of continuation must be executed only by qualified
personnel.
All electrical connections must be carry out in full compliance with current safety laws.

Installation procedure

− Make sure the power source power cord is disconnected from the supply line.
− Remove the power source upper panel.
− Remove the power source lateral panel.
− Remove the plug from the hole for CN4 of the connectors support on the power source rear panel.
− Install the External Emergency Kit, art. 449.00, fixing the circular connector to the power source rear
panel.
− Place the board 1 into the power source appropriate slot.
− Connect the 2 wiring cable to the J1 connector on the Emergency board 5602466 and to the J17
connector on the inverter control board of the power source.
− Connect the 3 wiring cable to the J2 connector on the Emergency board and to the J7 connector on the
Measure board 5602485 (only WIN TIG).
