OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTION
• Press the "STOP" BUTTON during the race, the equipment will stop slowly. All data will
reset to zero.
• Press the "Incline + -" BUTTON or the "QUICK INCLINATION" BUTTON to adjust the
desired inclination.
• In any state, when removing the safety clip, the display shows the E7 window together
with an audible alert. The equipment will stop quickly.
• The controller is always under inspection. The equipment will stop once an
abnormality occurs. The screen will show the ERR message and a sound.
• When the screen shows the message ERR, press the "STOP" BUTTON, the ERR message
will be deleted.
BODY FAT FUNCTION (OPTIONAL)
When the equipment is stopped, press the "PROGRAM" BUTTON (BUTTON 10) until you
select "FAT" and enter the body fat function, then press the "MODE" BUTTON (BUTTON 9)
to adjust the parameter.
A) F1 means Sex, 1 (male), 2 (female). If the screen shows 1, it shows that you have
selected "Male", the initial parameter is Male.
B) F2, meaning Age, the range is 1-99, the initial parameter is 25.
C) F3, stands for Height, the range is 100-220CM (39-87 inches), the initial parameter is
170cm (67 inches).
D) F4, means Weight, the range is 20-150KG (44-330 pounds), the original parameter is
70KG (154 pounds).
E) F5, means BMI (BODY MASS INDEX), to show that you have finished the defined item,
and enter the body fat function. Place two hands on the handrail, wait 4 seconds, and
the screen will show the BMI. Asian people, for example, BMI below 18 are
underweight; Between 18 and 24 is normal weight; Between 25 and 28 is overweight;
And more than 29 is obesity.
USER PROGRAM
The equipment has three user modes: USER01, USER02, and USER03 that can be
adjusted by the user.
Press the "PROGRAM" BUTTON (BUTTON 10) to select program cycle U01 ~ U03. Press
"MODE" (BUTTON 9) to define the parameters, the user can define his own exclusive
segment of 10 speeds and incline. After defining the parameters, press "START"
(BUTTON 8) to start the equipment. The user's exclusive program will be saved
automatically and can be used the next time.
