WARRANT
General Warranty Conditions
The MOVEMENT Professional Limited Warranty service can be obtained by
contacting an authorized dealer from whom the product was purchased.
Expenses resulting from eventual transportation or product freight to a
technical assistance, displacement or technical visit carried out by a technical
assistant, are borne by the buyer, whether or not the product is covered by this
guarantee.
The liability of this warranty is limited exclusively to the repair, modification and
/ or replacement of the supplied product.
Brudden is not responsible for damages to persons, third parties, other
equipment, installations, lost profits or any emergent or consequential
damages caused by a lack of corrective or preventive maintenance by the user /
buyer on their equipment.
Brudden reserves the right to stop the manufacture of its products without
prior notice and / or modify the specifications and make improvements to the
products at any time, without incurring the obligation to carry out the same on
products previously manufactured.
