- fasten the support bracket
"E" (fig. 4) to the motor using
the supplied bolts and fasten
without tightening them;
- insert the drive shaft pins
"F" into the motor and line up
the motor shaft axis with the
axis of the pipe;
- rest the motor with its
bracket against the wall and
mark the fastening points;
- remove the motor support
bracket "G" and fasten it to the
wall using for Ø9 expansion
bolts;
- fasten the motor to the bracket, line up the drive shaft pins
"F" with the transmission pipe "H" and weld the pins to the
pipe.
- attach a hand crank to the manual manoeuvring point "L"
and open and close the windows manually, remember to right

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (fig. 5, 6)
Before connecting the appliance make sure that the
hts reserved. Unauthorised copying or use of the information contained in this document is punishable by law
voltage and frequency rated on the data plate conform
to those of the mains supply.
An all pole circuit breaker with a least 3mm between
the contacts must be installed between the unit and
the mains supply.
• The appliance works off a 230Vac power supply.
The 600/VLD030 can be controlled via radio using Cardin radio
programmers type RPQ449 (fig. 5).
The radio programmer is able to memorise the functions of 20
different transmitters of the series S449.
Attention! Connecting multiple motors to one radio
programmer is not allowed.
• GR-yW: green/yellow wire; earth wire.
• BL: blue wire; common power wire for both senses of rota-
tion.
• BLK: black wire; live power wire for one of the senses of
rotation (opposite to the sense of rotation supplied by the
brown wire).
• BR: brown wire; live power wire for one of the senses of
rotation (opposite to the sense of rotation supplied by the
black wire).

MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance
operations make sure the power is disconnected at
the mains.
• The operator does not require normal maintenance, however
to maintain the efficiency of the installation you are advised
to periodically grease the window hinges and pins.
Periodically check the moving parts for wear and tear and
grease if required, using lubricants which maintain their friction
levels unaltered throughout time and are suitable for tempera-
tures of -20 to +70°C.
In case of failure or operational anomalies switch off the power
at the mains do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
