7. EVENTS.
The Events menu enables implementing some advanced functions using the home automation system.
For example, it is possible to switch on the garden lights for a certain time, switch off all the lights
in the house on activating the alarm system when you go out, activate a scenario when on coming
back in you deactivate it, etc.
In addition it is also possible to add time conditions to activate events only in the desired time intervals
or/and when certain situations occur.
The structure of the event is composed of at most 2 inputs and 2 outputs that can be on/off func-
tions (groups), scenarios and conditions of the burglar alarm system (for example on/off/alarm status).
In addition it is also possible to include a condition between the inputs and a condition that enables
making the events more flexible (for example switching on garden watering at a set time only IF it is
not raining, or lowering the roller shutters at a set time only IF it is dark).
The Events menu enables:
- manually stopping and restarting the selected event;
- controlling the users (outputs) associated with the event even if it is not active;
- changing the times for switching the event on and/or off;
- displaying the structure of the event

7.1 Stopping or restarting an event.
This function is useful when you have a programme that manages, for example, automatic garden
watering; if watering is not necessary the event can simply be stopped to then be restarted when
next needed.
