1.1 Base manufactured in steel 1020, stainless steel housing and tray, providing higher durability
and more hygiene.
1.2 It has a removable mincing feeding opening.
1.3Transmission is done through chain and belt, which grant higher durability and less
maintenance.
2.1. Install the machine on a flat surface.
2.2. Before installing your machine, check if the voltage conforms your mains supply (110/220V).
LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR MC 10 / MC 22
3.1 Do not put your hand on the mincer feeding opening, use the presser that comes with the
equipment.
3.2 This equipment has been specially developed to mince meat. We do not guarantee its operation
for other purposes
4.1. After using your MC 10/MC 22, loose the handle ( see item 08 of page 9), remove the
Mincer feeding body (item 45), disassemble it and wash parts.
4.2 For external cleaning use a damp cloth only.
5.1 If your equipment is not working according to its specifications, have the till receipt and
Instructions Manual at hand and contact G.Paniz Customer Service, and we'll inform you about the
nearest Authorized Service Center.
5.2 MC 10/MC 22 Meat Mincer does not need lubrication.
5.3 To make the replacement of parts easier, always use the machine reference and the number and
name of the part requested. These information can be found on the pictures of pages 8/9.
