MIXER GEARBOX- Disassembly and reassembly of the mixer gearbox assy
When choosing the eyebolts and lifting equipment take into account the following weights:
9. Remove the coupling spring pin between each beam and the gearbox (part. 9).
10. Remove the screws (part. 8) connecting each of the two bridge beams to the gearbox and remove the beams.
If an internal part breaks, it is always recommended to replace the lubricating oil. Always collect
exhausted or dirty oil using appropriate containers so as not to discard it in the environment.
For disposal contact an appropriate agency (i.e.: Local Waste Authority).
Reassembly of the gearbox assembly
Carry out the operation in the reverse order of that described in the previous point, starting from the last and ending
at the first. At the end:
1. Reassemble the mixing arms and peripheral arms, with their relative holders, performing the adjustment as
described in the User Manual.
2. Fill the fixed gearbox and planetary gearbox with oil as described in the User Manual.
3. Reassemble the mixer motor (or motors) complete with the first reduction pinion. Connect to the power mains
and verify that the blades rotate in the clockwise direction.
4. After a few batches, check that the screws are tightened as described in the User Manual.
