The action of keys 0 to 9 is program-
mable in the same way:
• Digit
Generates a one digit dialing
(like in a common telephone)
which will serve to compose an
extension number.
• Call to extension
Shoots the call directly (one
touch) to an extension number
• Call to IP address
Shoots the call directly (one
touch) to an IP address.
The action of keys * (asterisk) and
# (pound) is programmable in the same
way as keys 0 to 9 but with the adding of
this actions:
• Clear current dialing
Either moment during dialing of
extension no. or access pass-
word, dialing can be cancelled
pressing this key.
During a call, iP Access hangs
up.
• Access password prefix
If this key is pressed as first key
of a dialing, iP Access will know
that user doesn't want to make a
call, but enter through access
control key dialing.
The action of buttons is programmable in
the same way as keys 0 to 9 but with the
adding of this actions:
• Manual Door opening
It is useful to connect an external
button (tipically in reception desk).
When this button (external to iP
Access) is pressed, door is
opened. It doesn"t care if it is in a
middle of a call or it is idle
Last said is what is programmed with the
Action of key X or Button X element to
program.
