8.5 Password Setup Page

Press the SETUP button in DVD mode. Use ◄ ► to select
the Password Setup menu. The Password Setup menu will
appear:
Select the desired submenu using the direction buttons
▲▼ on the remote and press ENTER to confirm. Select an
option value to be set using the ▲▼ direction buttons on
the remote and press ENTER to confirm, or press ◄ to
cancel setting. After ENTER; you return to the main menu
using ◄.
Password Mode
Use this option to switch password protection on or off. Use
▲▼ to select "On" or "Off"; use ENTER to confirm and ◄ to
end setting.
Password
Here you can change the password you need to adapt the
parental control level.
Having activated "Change" please type in the old password.
The initial password is 3308. Now type in the new one and
repeat it for safety confirmation. You close this procedure by
pressing ENTER. From now on the new password has to be
entered for changing the parental control level.
