3.2.- Assembling and erecting on site
3.2.1.- Assembly of adiabatic cooler
WARNING:
The
process
connections must be made on site, therefore
this site must comply with all the conditions
necessary to implement the erection.
WARNING: Once assembled, do NOT attempt
any further handling. In cases where further
handling becomes necessary (e.g. change of
location, to erect in an upper position, etc.),
dismount the secondary circuit connections
and proceed according to the instructions
given in paragraph 3.1.
3.2.2.- General observations related to cooler
sites
The location of the cooler will be made
preferably on a firm base, on concrete surface.
The place selected as the cooler site is very
important for the equipment maintenance and
control to be made afterwards. To this effect it is
important to take into account a good access to
any of the elements belonging to the equipment,
(motor, fan, etc,) for the eventual servicing and
repairs. If the access to the site is difficult, the
assembly, servicing and control will be also difficult
to implement.
a) If the rooftop, upper part of a building or an
elevated structure is the only acceptable
locations, it is of utmost importance to create
an easy access to the elements mentioned
by means of ladders, structures, etc.

3.2.- Montaggio
3.2.1.-
Assemblaggio
Adiabatico
ATTENZIONE : Le connessione di ingresso e
uscita del processo devono essere eseguite in
sito, pertanto questo sito deve garantire tutte le
condizioni
necessarie
montaggio.
ATTENZIONE : una volta che il Raffreddatore
Adiabatico è assemblato, NON eseguire altre
movimentazioni.
Nel
movimentazioni si rendano necessarie (es :
cambio di posizione, trasferimento in un luogo
più elevato, ecc..) smontare le connessioni del
circuito secondario e procedere in accordo alle
istruzioni del paragrafo 3.1.
3.2.2.- Osservazioni generali sul
posizionamento del Raffreddatore
Il posizionamento del Raffreddatore viene
preferibilmente eseguito su terreno solido, su una
superficie di cemento.
Il
luogo
scelto
per
fondamentale per il buon funzionamento e per le
manutenzioni successive. A tal fine è importante
tener conto degli spazi di manutenzione per
accedere ad ogni elemento appartenente alla torre
(motore, ventilatore, sistema distribuzione acqua
etc..) per eventuali manutenzioni.
Se l'accesso al luogo è difficile, l'assemblaggio,
la manutenzione e il controllo saranno difficili da
compiere.

appropriato che il tetto, la parte alta di un
edificio
o
un'altra
essenziale ottenere un facile accesso agli
elementi
della
passerelle, etc.
