Application
The heating plate should be rubbed in with some food oil.
Put the power supply plug into the plug socket and switch you on the appliance. After approximately 10
minutes the heating plate achieved the correct temperature.
Pour the prepared (thin) paste into the plate.
Take the hotplate from its base and dip it (reversed: so by the baking plate) into prepared paste. A very thin
layer of paste should now cover the baking plate; it might drip slightly.
Turn the baking plate straight again and place it onto its base.
After about 2 minutes the crepe should be ready. The correct baking time depends on the dough mixture
and the desired browning of the crepes. The crepe is ready when it does not stick any more and is slightly
browned. (Use your spatula to lift it.) You might turn over the crepe to bake also on the other side; this is not
necessary.
Note: Never use metal articles for distributing the paste and/or for turning or taking the Crepes, since it could
come to a damage of the non-adhesive coating of the heating plate.
Put the finished Crepe on a plate. Now you can enjoy it.
