INSTALLATION, PROGRAMMING AND MAINTENANCE
It is compulsory for the machine to be earthed to avoid the possibility of people being given shocks
or damage to the equipment.
In all cases, the machine should be connected in compliance with local and/or national regulations
and legislation.
The machine should be powered via a differential switch (RCD) not exceeding 30 mA.
It is advisable to ensure that the mains power distributor is equipped with a disconnect device with
a contact separation of at least 3 mm.
The plug must be easily accessible once the installation is complete. The use of extension cables,
adaptors and multiple sockets is not permitted.
These procedures must be carried out only by personnel with specific knowledge of the machine
in terms of electrical safety and health regulations.

1.1. UNPACKING

Lift the machine and remove the supports (Fig. 1).
Remove the base cups from the packaging and re-attach the supports up to their limit.
Open the door and remove the door positioning accessory (a galvanized metal part) located under
the door positioning device (a black plastic part) which is only for transport purposes (Fig. 2).
Remove all the adhesive tape securing the movable elements.

1.2. INSTALLATION

Position the machine away from sources of heat (stoves, sunlight, etc.) and ensure it is always
protected from the elements.
Fit the "baseboard" and the black plastic door positioning accessory (Fig. 5)
Level the machine by manipulating the supports until it is in a fully horizontal position and the door
fits perfectly (Fig. 6).
Leave the machine in a vertical position for one hour before connecting it so the oil in the
compressor can return to its original level to prevent any damage to it.
Before plugging the machine in, make sure that the voltage and frequency of the machine match
your electrical installation. See the registration plate (Fig. 8).
Use a socket with an efficient earth protected by a 0.03 A circuit breaker and a general switch.
The machine is not designed to be exposed to the elements.
Before putting the machine into operation we recommend that you clean all the parts that will
come into contact with the juice, such as the fruit cups, the filter, the filter tray, the upper filter tray,
the blade, the squeezer tray, the squeezers and the front cover.

1.3. INITIAL START-UP

A.
Leave the machine in a vertical position, switched off, for one hour.
B.
Turn on the switch (diagram 24.1, no. 4).
C.
Fill the back tank (diagram 24.1, no. 3) with potable water and insert the submersible pump at the
bottom.
D.
Make sure the drain mount of the tray and the PVC elbow of the evaporator drain (Figs. 13 and
28) are fitted in such a way that the water will run into the wastewater tank (during the process of
loading the oranges or cleaning the machine, when the door is open, it is normal for water to drop
from the evaporator).
E.
The level sensor should be fitted at the mouth of the wastewater tank (Fig. 13). This sensor
prevents the wastewater from overflowing.
F.
Fill the orange feeder with a maximum of 25 kg of fruit.
