To re move t he cup s, we re commend you sli ghtly unscre w th e an choring nuts a nd pull
outwards using them as a support; they will then come loose and you can remove them easily
(Fig. 3).

Wipe the front with a cloth soaked in a neutral soap solution.
Assembly:
-
Screw in the squeezers in the squeezer tray. Make sure the washers are in place and that the
squeezers are tightened.

Insert the blade in the squeezer tray an d slot the ribs into t he grooves of the balls (Fig. 22 ).
Check that the blade slides easily. Assemble both Juice tray and Blade in the machine's three
shafts si multaneously (Fig. 23). Never fit the Blade on the Juice tray afterwards!! To
introduce the Blade into the Blade shaft, slightly press down the Blade push it into the
shaft. ATTENTION!!! Never press down the metal part of the Blade. Fit the cu ps in the
shafts and tighten the nuts well.
Fit the front cover, slightly inclin ed, between the blade and the squeezer tray as shown in the
picture (Fig. 40); otherwise dirt will spread to unwanted areas.

Before turning on the machine again, check:
That the tray and the blade have been fitted and screwed in properly.
That the nuts of the cups are tightly screwed.
That the sets of squeezers and cups (in matching colours) are correct.

If the blade, tray, squ eezers or cups are not fi tted properly, it may result in dam age to the se
parts and ev en the interior of the machine (not e that this will not be covered by the warranty
as it will be attributable to the operator).
Note:
Over time, th e pla stic pa rts that come into conta ct with the jui ce may ta ke on a n orange
pigmentation. Thi s i s completely no rmal and does n ot re present any ki nd of h ygiene risk or
affect the physical properties of the plastic.

Dismantling:

Remove the hopper door, then extract the hopper and proceed to remove the basket (Figs. 24,
25, 26).

Unscrew the nut inside th e basket, re move the separator by pulling it upwa rds, extra ct the
basket by pul ling upwards until it is completely released from its shaft, and finally remove the
hopper track and the hopper track funnel (Figs. 25-26).

Clean all the parts with soapy water. You can also put them in the dishwasher, except for the
hopper (diagram 24.1, no. 11) and the hopper track funnel as this is made fro m heat-formed
plastic (the hopper an d the hopp er track funn el mu st not be wa shed at mo re than 40° C, so
never wash it with very hot water o
warranty will not apply).
Assembly:
-
Fit the hopper track, t he hopper track f unnel, then the basket on the s haft, and then turn the
basket manually in a clockwi se di rection until it clips in (the pi vots will hav e entered thei r
respective holes) (Fig. 26).

Fit the sep arator in side th e ba sket, making sure it is secure d an d ca nnot turn, and final ly
tighten the nut (Fig. 25).

Fit the hopper and attach the hopper door again (Fig. 24).
