8. Go to Start, Settings, Network and Dial-up Connections, and Local Area
Connection (this may vary depending on your network adapter) and make
sure that you are in the General tab. Click on Properties to display the
screen below. Highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), click on Properties,
and make sure that TCP/IP is set to Obtain an IP Address automatically.
Your USB configuration is now complete.

1. Start up your PC and insert the driver disk into your floppy disk drive.
2. Windows will notify you that new hardware has been detected (shown
above). Select "Automatic search for a better drive (Recommended)" and
click Next.
3. Windows will copy the necessary components, then display a message say-
ing that it has finished installing the driver files on your PC. Click Finish.
4. Windows will ask you to restart your PC. Click Yes.
Your USB configuration is now complete.
