1.14 Circulating pump.
"Victrix 24 kW" Range boilers are supplied with a built-in circulating
ES
pump with 3-position electric speed control. The boiler does not oper-
ate correctly with the circulating pump on first speed. To ensure optimal
boiler operation, in the case of new systems (single pipe and modul) use
PL the circulating pump at maximum speed. The circulation pump is already
fitted with a capacitor.

A = Head available to the system at third speed (with by-pass off)
B = Head available to the system at second speed (with by-pass on)
Pump release. If, after a prolonged period of inactivity, the circulating
pump is blocked, unscrew the front cap and turn the motor shaft using
a screwdriver. Take great care during this operation to avoid damage to
the motor.
1.15 Kits available by request.
• Kit of system shutoff valves with or without inspectable filter (on request).
The boiler is designed for installation of system shutoff valves to be
placed on delivery and return pipes of the connection assembly. This kit
is particularly useful for maintenance as it allows the boiler to be drained
separately without having to empty the entire system. Also, the version
with filter maintains the operating characteristics of the boiler thanks to
the inspectable filter.
• System zone Kit (by request). If the heating system is to be divided into
several zones (max. three), in order to interlock them with separate
adjustments and to keep water flowrate high for each zone, Immergas
supplies zone system kits by request.
• Polyphosphate batching kit (on request). The polyphosphate dispenser
prevents the formation of scale and preserves the original heat exchange
and domestic hot production water conditions. The boiler is arranged
for application of the polyphosphate dispenser kit.
• Single relay board (on request). The boiler is designed to fit a single
relay board allowing the main area to be controlled using the RFC
(optional).
• Cover kit (on request). When installing externally in a partially protected
location with direct air intake the special top protective cover must be
fitted to ensure proper operation of the boiler and to protect it from bad
weather (see fig. page 184).
The above kits are supplied complete with instructions for assembly and
use.
