Installation with system operating at low temperature. The boiler can
directly feed a low temperature system, by operating on jumper (7 page 202)

and setting the delivery temperature range from 50÷25°C (as described on
page 201). In this mode it is advisable to include a safety in series with the
boiler circulating pump, formed of a thermostat having a limit temperature

of 60 °C. The thermostat must be positioned on the system delivery pipe
at more than 2 metres from the boiler.

External installation (boiler type C).

• Configuration with cover and direct inlet kit.
Using the special cover kit it is possible to carry out direct air intake and
fume discharge into a single chimney or directly to the outside.
In this configuration it is possible to install the boiler in a partially pro-

tected location.
N.B.: a partially protected location is one in which the appliance is not exposed
to the direct action of the weather (rain, snow, hail, etc..).

• Fitting the cover kit. Remove from the two holes to the sides of the
central one the two plugs and the seals present, then cover the right inlet
hole with the plate provided, fixing it on the left hand side with 2 of
the screws removed before. Install the outlet flange Ø 80 on the central
hole of the boiler, taking care to insert the seal supplied with the kit and
tighten by means of the screws provided. Install the top cover, fixing it
with the 4 screws provided in the kit and inserting the relevant washers.
Fit the 90° bend Ø 80 with the male end (smooth) in the female end
(with lip seal) of the flange Ø 80 until it stops, cut the seal in the slot for
the diameter required (Ø 80), slide it along the bend and fix it using the
metal plate. Insert the exhaust pipe with the male end (smooth) in the
female end of the 90° bend Ø 80, first making sure the relevant ring has
been inserted. This will ensure tightness and coupling of the elements
making up the kit.
Max. length of exhaust flue. To avoid problems of fume condensation
due to cooling through the wall, the exhaust duct can be extended (both
vertically and horizontally) up to a max. length of 30 m.
• Snap fit extension pipe fittings. To install possible coupling extensions
on other fume extraction elements, proceed as follows: fit the male end
(smooth) of the pipe or elbow up to the stop on the female end (with
lip seals) of the previously installed element; this will ensure correct seal
and joining of the elements.
