STEP 14: ASSEMBLING HOOD
See Figure 18.
The handle assembly includes: handle, heat shield, fiber
washers (2), flat washers (2), lock washers (2), wing nuts (2).
It must be disassembled before attaching it to the hood.
There is a bolt welded onto each end of the handle. Insert
the bolts through the holes in the heat shield.
Place a fiber washer onto each bolt.
Insert the bolts through the holes in the hood.
Place a flat washer, lock washer and wing nut over each
bolt on the underside of the hood.
Tighten nuts securely into handle.

STEP 15: INSTALL MAIN GRATE AND GRATE
INSERT
See Figure 19.
Carefully place the main grate inside the firebox.
Set grate insert in hole of main grate.
STEP 16: INSTALLING THE GREASE CUP
See Figure 20.
Slide the grease cup into the tray holder located under
firebox.
NOTE: Clean the grease cup after each use. Do not remove
the grease cup until the grill has completely cooled.
