Deleting messages with the handset

 In the "Answering machine" menu, select "Mess. playback" and con-
firm with "OK".
 You will now hear the recorded message. Press the left control key
"Menu" to select further options.
 Select the "Delete" option and press the right control key "OK".
You will hear the announcement "All old messages have been deleted".
The next message is played back. The number of the next message appears
on the display.
To delete all messages simultaneously, proceed as follows:
 In the "Answering machine" menu,
select the "Delete all messages" sub-menu.
 "Delete?" appears on the display.
 To delete all old messages, press the right control key "OK".

Monitoring

With the "Monitoring" function you can listen to a call without interrupting
the message being recorded on the answering machine. This function is
helpful, e.g. when you first want to hear who the caller is. You can also take a
call when the answering machine is already recording.
Monitoring at the base station
To monitor a call, press the + or – volume key until you can hear the caller.

Monitoring at the handset

While a recording is taking place, the "Monitor" entry appears on the display
of the handset.
 To monitor the call, press the right control key "OK".

Accepting the call after monitoring

 To accept the call, press the talk key on the handset.
