Requirements
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be able to send and
receive text messages:
The "caller identity function" (CLIP) features and "call number
transfer" for your telephone extension must be enabled by your
network provider.
To send an SMS, the telephone number of your network provider's
SMS Centre must be entered in your handset.
To receive an SMS, you must register your telephone number with
your network provider's SMS Centre. This registration is done with a
free SMS.
The necessary procedures and information differ depending on the network
provider.
 Please ask your network provider about how to register your telephone
to send and receive text messages, and if you need to make any special
